Multimedia Americana Music Series
[MAMS]
This Americana music series offers an extensive amount of resource information for scholars, students, musicians and the general reader in areas of American music often neglected or forgotten.The material was compiled and written by Roger Lee Hall , a musicologist, songwriter and Director of the American Music Recordings Archive.
The titles are available on CDs or DVDs and include information on Word documents (or pdf) and with bonus features such as: picture galleries, music examples, and for some titles, video programs.
These 15 discs (six of them released or revised in 2012) are readable on your computer as Word documents with mp3 or Real Audio music files.
They are available by making a donation to help support the mission of this American music preservation site.
